Pemko EZgap XG10 / XG10-HM Adhesive Backed Intumescent Gasket, UL10C Approved Fire-Rated Doors

The EZgap XG10 Series intumescent gasketing is a single piece, flexible solution for excessive gaps around the door. The EZgap product attaches to the door frame with peel-and-stick adhesive with no additional hardware, and its small size makes it easy to transport and store. It is tested UL10C tested for 90 minutes on hollow metal and 60 minutes on wood doors.

Surface-applied intumescent gasket
Melts in the same temperature range as its flexible graphite intumescent core beings to expand
Meets UL10C requirements for singles or pairs of doors with excessive gaps:
XG10: – Gaps up to 1/4″. 60 minutes for wood doors, 90 minutes for hollow metal doors
XG10-HM: – Gaps up to 5/16″. 90 minutes for hollow metal doors
Kitted with the HSS90150XG rigid intumescent strip for top door channel
Ideal for independent use on latch edge, hinge edge, or header, or as a full perimeter application
Strike shim (XGSHIM234/XGSHIM478) is required when using XG10 to remediate a gap on the latch edge of a 60 minute rated opening.
Can be cut to desired length in field with heavy scissors
