1431 Series Powerglide® Door Closer with Universal Arm package, 1431-UO-TB
Featuring heavy-duty construction for superior strength and wear resistance, the 1431 Series Powerglide® Door Closer is ideally suited for highly trafficked environments like schools, healthcare facilities, and office and commercial buildings. With front-facing valves, the 1431 series can be easily installed and maintained—for interior and exterior applications.
- UO – Universal arm package provides brackets and arms to install closer in standard, top jamb or parallel applications
- TB – Packed w/thru bolts (TB), wood & machine screws
- Operates effectively in extreme heat and cold without readjustment
- Meets ADA requirements in all applications
