Pemko R.5OS_ Offset Modular Ramp Threshold Assembly – 16-1/4″ Wide x 1/2″ Offset

The R.5OS 1/2″ Offset Modular Ramp Assembly with a 7″ top plate and 16-1/4″ width is designed to provide smooth and safe passage to individuals with limited mobility when transitioning between offset floor conditions. PemKote non-slip coating application is highly recommended for added protection. Optional Miter Returns (not ADA compliant) are also available for added convenience.

Assemblies accommodate 1⁄2″ to 21⁄4″ floor offsets in meeting the 1:12 slope requirements of the “Americans with Disabilities Act”.

  • PemKote™ is highly recommended, especially in exterior conditions where moisture may be present
  • Supplied with #10 stainless steel wood screws, other screw types available
  • Assemblies are provided NET length
  • Miter returns will add two pieces to total components; miter returns with extenders will add four pieces to total components
  • Fire rated
  • 1/2″ floor offset
