Pemko _HS_HD Heavy-Duty Half Surface Continuous Gear Hinge

Heavy Duty Anodized Aluminum Continuous Geared – designed mainly for retrofit work, and are applied to the exposed surface of the door and frame rabbet.

  • Applied to the exposed surface of the door and frame rabbet
  • Designed for use with hollow metal frames, where the inset conforms to S.D.I. specifications for aligning doors and frames
  • Allows for adjustments in order to properly align the edge of the door to the frame
  • ANSI/BHMA A156.26 and UL certified
  • Width: 1/8” (between frame edge and door edge)
  • Width: 2” (between frame leaf and door leaf edge)
  • Cap Width: 25/32”
  • Height: 11/16” (to top cap/frame edge side)
  • Height: 1-7/8” (to flange/frame edge side)
  • Length: 83″ or *95″
