Pemko _HM_HD Heavy-Duty Half Mortise Continuous Gear Hinge

Heavy Duty Anodized Aluminum Continuous Geared – designed mainly for retrofit work and are applied to the exposed surface of the frame and the door edge.

  • Applied to the exposed surface of the frame and the door edge
  • Designed to require only 1/8″ clearance instead of 5/16″ and also allow for adjustments to properly align the edge of the door to the frame face.
  • ANSI/BHMA A156.26 and UL certified
  • Width: 1/8” (between frame edge and door edge)
  • Width: 2” (between frame leaf and door leaf edge)
  • Width: 5/32” (3.9 mm) (between jamb leaf and door leaf edge).
  • Width: 1-7/32” (30.9 mm) (jamb side – leaf).
  • Cap Width: 25/32”
  • Height: 3/4”  (to top cap – jamb side)
