Pemko _FS_HD1-M PemKonnect Modular Heavy-Duty Full Surface Continuous Gear Hinge
Pemko’s latest groundbreaking innovation the patent-pending PemKonnect™ Modular Hinge was designed with you in mind. With a 50% reduction in packaging size, this multi-piece continuous hinge conveniently fits through doors, elevators, into vans; and can even be stored on shelves.
- Designed mainly for retrofit work, and are applied to the exposed surfaces of the door and frame
- Hinge segments fit together easily, No extra tools needed for assembly
- Packed in a 45″ box (decreased freight damages and freight costs)
- HD1 hinges conform to Grade 2-150, Grade 1-300, and Grade 1-600 cycle requirements per BHMA standard ANSI/BHMA A156.26-2006
- ANSI/BHMA A156.26 and UL certified
- Width: 1-1/4” (frame side – leaf)
- Width: 1-3/8” (door side – leaf)
- Cap Width: 25/32”
- Height: 29/32” (total height of hinge)
- Length: 83″ (comes in two segments), *12″ (connector segment), and 95″ (comes in three segments _FS83HD1-M + _FS12HD1-M)
- Finishes: C (Clear Anodized) and D (Dark Bronze Anodized)
*The 12” (FS12HD1-M) hinge segment is available to create a 95” hinge. Combining multiple 12″ segments to create a custom length will void any applicable warranties and certifications. The 12″ segment must be installed in between 40″ and 43″ segments.

- #12-24 x 7/16″ FHUC, Type C threadforming, no tapping required
- 10 fasteners required per frame leaf

- #12-24 x 11/16″ Pan Head, self-drilling, self-tapping
– 6 required per door leaf - 1/4-20 x 1-5/8″.Thru-Bolt & 1/4-20 x 1″ Shoulder Bolt
