Yale PBR8805FL ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 Certified Mortise Lock, Storeroom Function, Sectional Pacific Beach PBR Lever/Rose Trim

Yale 8800 Series Mortise Locks are designed and manufactured for uncompromising strength and durability in a range of commercial applications.

ANSI F07 – Storeroom – For use on storeroom, utility, exit doors. Latchbolt retracted by key outside lever inside. Outside lever rigid at all times. Inside lever always active. Deadlocking latchbolt.

Requires Yale 2153 or 2553 1-1/8″ Mortise Cylinder w/ 2160 Cam

  • ANSI/BHMA: Certified ANSI/BHMA A156.13, Series 1000, Operational Grade 1
