Heavy Duty Anodized Aluminum Full Mortise, Short Leaf Inset Continuous Geared – are designed mainly for new door applications in child care and nursing facilities.

  • Applied to conceal both leaves
  • Heavy duty hinge (HD1): 3″ between bearing centers
  • Fasteners are No. 12-24 x 11/16″ #10 Head FHUC, Type C, threadforming, no tapping required
  • HD1 hinges conform to Grade 2-150, Grade 1-300, and Grade 1-600 cycle requirements per BHMA standard ANSI/BHMA A156.26-2006
  • Width: 13/16” (between frame edge and door edge, square edge door applications)
  • Width: 27/32” (between frame edge and door edge, beveled edge door applications)
  • Cap Width: 25/32”
  • Height: 1-1/2” (frame edge side – leaf)
