Pemko’s latest groundbreaking innovation the patent-pending PemKonnect™ Modular Hinge was designed with you in mind. With a 50% reduction in packaging size, this multi-piece continuous hinge conveniently fits through doors, elevators, into vans; and can even be stored on shelves.

  • Applied to the frame rabbet and door edge to conceal both leaves
  • Designed for use with doors which range between 1-3/4″ to 2-1/4″
  • Also used for double door applications to keep the faces of the door flush
  • Hinge segments fit together easily, No extra tools needed for assembly
  • Packed in a 45″ box (decreased freight damages and freight costs)
  • Fasteners are #12-24 x 11/16” flat head undercut, type C, thread-forming fasteners, no tapping required
  • ANSI/BHMA A156.26 and UL certified
  • Width: 5/16” (between frame edge and door edge)
  • Cap Width: 25/32”
