Rixson Model #28 Complete Floor Door Closer, Center Hung, (N) Non Hold Open

The 28 is a single-acting, center-hung floor closer designed with a centering arm with adjustable screws for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 350lbs. This allows the closer to be removed without demounting the door for threshold applications.

  • Sizes up to 4' 0" x 8' 6"
  • Door weight up to 350lbs.
  • 554 concealed arm is designed to eliminate visible adjusting screws on face of door; arm bolt locks arm to closer spindle; adjustments made through heel of door
