Rixson Model #27 Complete Floor Door Closer, 3/4" Offset Hung, (N) Non Hold Open
The 27 is a 3/4" offset-hung floor closer designed for standard door frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 450lbs.
Features
- Pivot point located 3/4" from the heel edge of the door and 3/4" from face of door
- Single acting, handed
- Exterior or interior doors
- 180 top pivot included
- M19 intermediate pivots required (order separately)
- Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 90° or 105°
- Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
- Vertical door adjustment
- Available with floor plate or threshold installation
- Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
- Doors 60" to 90" in height should use one intermediate pivot - each additional 30" warrants another intermediate pivot
- Extended spindles available in 1/2" increments up to 2" longer than standard
- Door width up to 4' 0"
- Door weight up to 450lbs.
