Heavy Duty Anodized Aluminum Full Mortise

  • Designed mainly for new door applications
  • Great for childcare and elder care facilities
  • Applied to conceal both leaves
  • Heavy duty hinge (HD1): 3″ between bearing centers
  • Fasteners are # 12-24 x 7/16″ FHUC, Type C threadforming, no tapping required
  • Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.26-2017, Grade 1-300
  • HD1 hinges conform to Grade 2-150, Grade 1-300, and Grade 1-600 cycle requirements per BHMA standard ANSI/BHMA A156.26-2006
  • The hinges require extra clearance
    – Square edge doors: 13/16″
    – Bevel edge doors: 27/32″
  • Width: 13/16” (between frame edge and door edge, square edge door applications)
  • Width: 27/32” (between frame edge and door edge, beveled edge door applications)
