Heavy Duty Anodized Aluminum Continuous Geared – designed mainly for new door applications.
- Applied to conceal both leaves
- Fasteners are #12-24 x 11/16” flat head undercut, type c, thread-forming fasteners, no tapping required
- ANSI/BHMA A156.26 and UL certified
- Fire-rated up to 3 hours with fire pin installation
- Width: 5/16” (between frame edge and door edge)
- Cap Width: 25/32”
- Height: 1-7/8” (to flange/frame edge side)
- Height: 11/16” (flange to top of cap)
- Length: 83″ or *95″
- Fire Pins: FIREPIN-C4 with 83″ hinge. FIREPIN-C5 with 95″ hinge

Aluminum continuous hinge for use on swinging type fire doors of the hollow metal, tin-clad, sheet metal and steel covered composite type rated up to 3 hours, wood covered composite type rated up to and including 1-1/2 hours. Also wood core rated up to and including 20 minutes without hose stream. Meet criteria of UBC 7.2 for positive pressure.
