Pemko 270_ Saddle Threshold
The 270 Commercial Flat Saddle Threshold is a symmetrical shape measuring 1/4" high x 4" high that designed to span a given area, usually under a door. The threshold is barrier-free, BHMA certified, fire rated, and has been tested by Underwriters Laboratory.
Saddle thresholds are symmetrically shaped and designed to seal the area under a door while creating a more finished look for commercial applications.

Guaranteed for five (5) years against defects in material or workmanship, except: Powder Coated finishes are warranted for two (2) years; normal wear is not included in coverage.
