Trudoor TDE-2000V-L Grade-1 Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device with Heavy-Duty Escutcheon Lever, Panic Rated, 7ft Door Height

TDE-2000V Series surface vertical rod exit devices are an ideal choice for a wide variety of standard to medium-duty commercial and industrial door applications where durability, reliability, and code compliance are required at an economical price. Trudoor products meet or exceed industry standards and can be substituted for any other specified brand.

  • ANSI Function 08 (Classroom) or 09 (Night Latch / Storeroom): Ships as 08 Classroom – 09 function achieved with single trim modification at installation
  • UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware
  • Designed for medium to heavy use
  • Door heights: 7′ Standard – extended top rods available for up to 8′ tall doors
  • Top latch: U shaped top latch for secure engagement with strike (not electric strike compatible)
  • Bottom latch: Drop bolt style bottom latch secures into flat strike & hole in the floor
  • Hex key dogging standard on panic exit device

TDE-08 Escutcheon Lever Trim

  • Entry/classroom function – convertible to night latch
  • Steel, zinc dichromated chassis, stainless steel exterior housing
  • Thru-bolts to exit device for added strength
  • 5″ solid stainless steel lever, 2-7/8″ total projection
  • Escutcheon: 3″ wide x 9″ height x 3/4″ projection, covers 161 door prep
  • 1-3/4″ door thickness standard
  • Includes thru bolt posts and 1/4″-20 machine screws for installation
  • Includes 1-1/8″ mortise cylinder with a straight cam, 6-pin, Schlage C keyway, with 2 keys
