Trudoor TD-FB-WD UL Listed Flip Style Lever Extension Manual Flush Bolt for Wood Doors

TD-FB flush bolts are used to secure the inactive leaf of double doors so that the active door can lock into it. Flush bolts are installed in the top and bottom edges of the door. When flipped, the top bolt projects into the frame head. The bottom bolt projects into the floor or threshold - use TD-DPS Dust Proof Strike to prevent the bottom strike from being blocked by dirt.

For use on swinging wood doors or plastic laminate doors measuring up to 4 ft. wide and 8 ft. high.

Features

  • Lever can be moved to the “UP” position whenever the active door is open to allow retraction of the bolt and opening of the inactive door
  • To lock the closed inactive door, lever can be moved to the “DOWN” position, allowing the bolt to be projected into the strike securely
  • For use with wood doors or composite doors
  • Non-Handed
  • UL Listed, 1-1/2 hour fire rating on wood doors up to 4′0" wide by 10′0" tall (fire-rated openings require top and bottom bolts)
  • Conforms to ANSI/BHMA A156.16 L04081
  • Use TD-DPS Dust Proof Strike to prevent the bottom strike from being blocked by dirt
