McKinney 1502 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 Full Mortise Single Acting Spring Hinge, Standard Weight

Some door/frame/wall and even ceiling conditions make door closers impractical. An alternative closing device is the Spring Hinge. Generally, at least two hinges on a door must be spring hinges to provide adequate closing force. Recommended for standard weight, medium frequency doors in place of door closers in apartments, hotels, motels, office buildings, etc.
