Ideal for commercial and institutional facilities, TM offers a published 2.5 million cycle life, Pressure Release clutching lever protection with free‑wheeling operation under abusive loads (tested to 2,100 in‑lbs), and stainless‑steel latch construction to enhance security and longevity at high‑use openings.

Storeroom lock (electrified-fail secure) – Latch bolt retracted by outside lever when
outside lever is electrically unlocked (EU). Latch bolt retracted by key in outside when outside lever is locked. Outside lever clutches when locked. Inside lever always unlocked for immediate egress. Deadlocking latch bolt. Unlocked by 12 or 24 VDC continuous duty.

Interchangeable core users can enjoy the convenience of fast rekeying without having to disassemble the lock. This feature is very useful in applications where a high frequency of core changes are needed.
