The Best Precision RPMLR-K is a Motorized Latch Retraction (MLR) retrofit kit for Precision Apex 2000 Series exit devices. It converts an existing standard Apex 2000 exit device to motorized latch retraction in the field - no new device purchase required. The kit includes the pre-wired motorized channel assembly that replaces the standard mechanical channel in the device body, adding electronic latch control to a door that was previously mechanical-only.

The kit can also be installed on existing Apex 2000 exit devices that already have Electric Latch Retraction (ELR), upgrading them from solenoid-driven to motor-driven latch retraction.
