Accentra (formerly Yale) PBR8822FL ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 Certified Mortise Lock, Dormitory/Exit Function, Sectional Pacific Beach PBR Lever/Rose Trim

Accentra 8800 Series Mortise Locks are designed and manufactured for uncompromising strength and durability in a range of commercial applications.

ANSI F13 – Dormitory/Exit – Latchbolt retracted by lever either side. Deadbolt operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. When the deadbolt is projected, outside lever is automatically locked. Anti-panic operation. Operating inside lever retracts the latchbolt and deadbolt simultaneously, automatically unlocking outside lever.

Requires Yale 2153 or 2553 1-1/8″ Mortise Cylinder w/ 2160 Cam
