Pemko 355_V Surface-Mounted T-Shaped Astragal with Eco-V (V) Vinyl Insert
The 355_V is a surface-mounted, T-shaped Astragal designed for single active double doors with an Eco-V (V) insert. It effectively seals the gap between the doors, preventing infiltration of smoke, sound, light, drafts, and insects. Made with a high-quality clear anodized aluminum casing, this astragal is durable and resistant to extreme environments.
When installing pairs of fire doors care must be taken to maintain the requirements of NFPA 80.
- Surface mounted
- Applied to single active door in a pair of double doors
- Creates a continuous seal
- Seals the gap between paired doors by compressing the seal
- Installation on fire doors must meet NFPA 80 requirements
- Door coordinator needed when both doors are active
- Profile Width: 1-3/8” (34.9 mm)
- Height: 1/4” (6.4 mm)
