Pemko 253x226_FGT Thermal Barrier Latching Panic Saddle Threshold with Frost Guard and ThermoSeal Insert - 5-1/8" Wide x 7/8" High

The 253x226 Series Latching Panic Saddle Threshold has a 5-1/8" width (welded on the bottom) and allows for a 5/8" door clearance. It's designed to protect against sound, air infiltration, wind, and debris and is compatible with surface-applied vertical rod exit devices, while also acting as a door stop and seal. It includes an integrated gasket ThermoSeal (T) seal. This threshold is sound, air infiltration tested, fire rated, and BHMA certified. Enhancing thermal performance, a black rigid polypropylene key between these extrusions acts as a thermal break (FG-Frost Guard), minimizing the transfer of hot and cold temperatures.
