The HT4A3386 (stainless steel) are our heavyweight five knuckle institutional hinges with hospital tips and are recommended for use on high frequency and/or heavy wood or metal doors in schools, hospitals or other public buildings where security requirements exist.

- Sloped angle of hospital tip (HT) option helps discourage students, inmates, or patients from hanging objects from the top of the hinge
